Our Hardware Support service is second to none and tiered to suit your business. For any equipment purchased from Orthotrac, we will offer an extended warranty, should your PC, Printer or Monitor fail unexpectedly, we will courier you a replacement piece of equipment – no questions asked! After the initial one year warranty period, we will offer you the option to extend the warranty with our Hardware Hotswap contract, meaning you benefit from the same great service – at a fraction of the price of a new piece of equipment.
