The support team is operational from 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
As a new customer of Orthotrac you will receive 6 months free support before entering into a yearly support contract. Software support is in inclusive of new product releases and upgrades.
In addition to speaking to a member of the support team during office hours you will also be given a user name and password to access the Orthotrac Customer Self Service Portal.
