Your top 10 referral sources can be displayed on pie charts or bar graphs or in list format and can be sorted by the number of referrals or the amount of charges and payments received by that referral source. This is valuable in quantifying the types of referrals that you get in – not just the numbers! You will also be able to see the names and status of each patient by referral source.
The referral report also enables you to see who has “wilted” in number of referrals by looking at the percentage decline of referrals between the months. This is very useful for the practice to know so they can find out why – has the Dentist simply run out of referral pads or have they got an Ortho working with them?
