Pearl

The PEARL (Practice Expert and Reporting Library) module enables dental professionals to view Orthotrac practice management software data remotely. Using the PEARL module, you can view information about your schedule, your patients, your referrals, and more without being in the practice.

The PEARL module is compatible with the following mobile devices:

  • Apple iPhone
  • Apple iTouch
  • Blackberry Bold
  • Blackberry Storm
  • HTC Touch Pro
  • HTC Touch Diamond

The PEARL module is a reporting module that presents data in a way that is simple and easy to use.

Use the PEARL module to view the following practice management information:

  • Daily Monitors Use the Daily Monitors to view Schedule Totals, Procedure Monitors, Daysheet Monitors, Payment Totals or Accounts Receivable. For more information, see Viewing Daily Monitors. - view Schedule Totals, Procedure Monitors, Daysheet Monitors, Payment Totals or Accounts Receivable.
  • Office Expert Use the Office Expert to view financial data, treatment information, scheduling summaries, word processing, and insurance claim status.   • Schedule Use the Schedule to view appointment information. You can see an overview of the month and the day, or a list of scheduled patients with specific appointment information.   • Call List Use the Call List to view the contact status of scheduled patients. The icon to the left of the patient’s name indicates whether the caller got no answer, encountered a busy signal, left a message on the patient’s answering machine, or spoke to the patient.   • Referrals Use Referrals to view the top ten outside referring doctors based on the number of referrals received, the amount of contracts generated, the amount of payments made, and the amount of charges produced.
