Scheduling
The Orthotrac scheduling module helps you to maximize the time you spend with patients. Options include the number of chairs, time slots, locations, templates and Doctor Time scheduling. Scheduling is totally integrated with other areas of the Orthotrac software, including patient flow, treatment card, word processing and financials.
Customised Scheduling Orthotrac software gives you flexibility in the number of chairs, time slots and locations. You can use any time increments from 5 mins to an hour, and have different templates for different types of days.
Schedule Views View a full day or a week on one screen. You can click on any appointment to view details and family member appointments.
Printed Schedules Print colour schedule in a grid or list format. You can print appointment tickets and schools excuses as well as a multitude of reports to help you manage your schedule. “No Shows” automatically generate follow up letters.
Schedule Searches Search for and schedule appointments automatically. You can limit the search by appointment type, day of the week, chair or appointment time.
Copy and Paste Scheduling when rescheduling you can copy the previous appointment, including the appointment type, procedure codes and comments.
Electronic Claims – sending your dental claims to the DBP over the internet provides a simple cost effective alternative to conventional EDI. Orthotrac is there to help you through the journey if you’re currently paper based or already using another EDI system.
