Data Conversion

We are able to convert most Orthodontic/Dental software programs into Orthotrac. A trainer will arrange a visit to meet you and your staff to discuss the data conversion process with you and explain what can be achieved. You will be left with an Orthotrac Welcome Pack and set tasks to think about the customisation process – how to best design your new appointment book, what procedure codes you would like to use to record patient activity, what status codes you would like to set up to categorise your patients into etc.

Every step of the journey is accompanied with the assistance of Orthotrac support team and your assigned trainer.
