Network Support provides support for the administration of your network, diagnosis and resolution of any Network Infrastructure or operating system related issue or problem. Network support is considered to be an essential element required to operate Orthotrac.

The Hardware ‘Hot Swap’ service offers full hardware support for all components within the network. In the event of failure a replacement peripheral will be shipped within 10 working hours. Where this involves a component within a PC system unit, a full PC will be shipped. Orthotrac UK will hold copies of the system configuration centrally, in the event of a failure this will be loaded prior to the machine being shipped.
